The Residential Energy Bill Analyzer

Utility customers demand, want, and expect more out of their service providers today. With the power industry facing restructuring, utilities are facing the challenge of providing expanded service and increased value to their customers. In response to this challenge, many utilities are turning to interactive, Web-based services to allow their customers to view and analyze energy usage, discover ways to reduce costs, and even pay utility bills on-line.
To help utilities meet this challenge, Electrotek Concepts® offers the Residential Energy Bill Analyzer (REBATM). REBA permits utilities and their customers to access and analyze energy consumption and cost information over the Internet using a World Wide Web browser. Designed to assist both the utility and customer in understanding and managing energy consumption, REBA provides access to recent and historical energy consumption information - helping identify trends and the potential for savings, permitting evaluation of different utility rates, and allowing "what if" analysis of usage and costs. REBA is also available in a desktop configuration to perform field audits and a workstation tool to process mail-in energy audits.
